Strømsgodset 1 - Brann 1

Strømsgodset from Drammen played hosts against Brann on Saturday. Diego Guastavino gave Brann the lead after 35 minutes when he took advantage of a goalkeeping error within the box.

In second half the hosts pressed for an equaliser and scored after 70 minutes. A quickly taken freekick in the midfield opened up for attacker Fredrik Nordkvelle one on one against Brann goalkeeper Håkon Opdal, who made no mistake.

The match ended 1-1, a result both sides can live with, although both sides had their chances to take all three points.

After 21 of 30 league rounds, Brann find themselves on the bottom half of the table, in 12th place with 23 points. Points need to be won in the coming matches in order to stay clear of the relegation zone.
