All square against Molde

After a disappointing start to the season, Brann were on a five match unbeaten run before Sunday's game against last season's silver medalists Molde at Brann Stadion.

The home team dominated much of the first half and created the biggest chances, but failed to beat Molde's new goalkeeper Espen Bugge Pettersen - who let in four goals last Sunday against Brann representing Sandefjord.

15 minutes into the second half Brann beat the deadlock. Erik Huseklepp scored his third in three straight matches with a beautiful free kick just outside the box.

Molde, know for their pacey play on counter attacks, equalised just ten minutes before full time when taking advantage on a breakdown through midfielder Makhtar Thioune.

Brann had their chances in the second half to win the game, but failed to take advantage of good opportunities at home this Sunday evening.
